Shipping Information

Our goal at The Bodacious Beauty, Boulder, Colorado is to get your product to you sooner than you expect it! All orders will be processed and shipped the same day business if the order is placed by 11:00 AM Mountain Standard Time. Order processing occurs on business days only, which are Monday through Friday. Orders taken on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays are processed the next business day. We do not provide Saturday or Sunday delivery.

Standard Flat Rate Shipping: $5.95 - $14.95 depending on what box we will have to use (available only in the contiguous United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Your package will arrive by USPS Priority Mail. **Remember on orders of $100.00 or more, shipping is free unless you choose overnight delivery.

Next-Day Delivery: $36.95 (Available only in the contiguous United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii.) This service guarantees for delivery in 1 business day, for orders received by 12:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. We will determine the most efficient carrier to deliver your package. Your package will arrive by USPS Express Mail or UPS Next Day Air.

Alaska and Hawaii Delivery: $8.95 (Available only in states of Alaska and Hawaii.) Your package will be shipped USPS Priority Mail in approximately 3 business days, not guaranteed.

On orders of $100.00 or more there is no shipping fee.

TheBodaciousBeauty.com accepts orders being shipped to U.S. destinations only. At this time we are unable to accept orders being shipped to international destinations.

Please Note: All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases may be processed and shipped.

Return Policy

At The Bodacious Beauty, LLC and TheBodaciousBeauty.com, our customer satisfaction is high priority. We are dedicated to choosing high quality, stylish, up-to-date products and merchandise. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days and receive an in-store or online credit for the amount charged for product(s). All gift certificates are non-refundable, and all shipping charges are nonrefundable as well.

Sending your Return Package

All returns require an authorization number. Kindly send an email to info@thebodaciousbeauty.com requesting the return. Please note the item(s), reason for the return, and the total price excluding shipping. The Bodacious Beauty will reply with an authorization number and instructions. Your return authorization number must be included inside the box when you return the item(s).
All original tags must be attached. If the item is clothing it must be unworn and in brand new condition, with all original packaging included. Whatever the item(s) came in, it must be returned the same way. Bubble wrap or tissue, plastic garment bag, etc. must be included with the return. ALL makeup items must not have been used in any way. Please package the item(s) to protect from harm while shipping, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit to us. For all returns or exchanges you must pay for freight to send the item(s) back to us but we will pay to send the correct item(s) to you. We recommend that you use the same shipping procedure USPS Priority shipping with confirmation to protect you from loss or damage, and to ensure delivery.
After you receive your return authorization number, please send your exchange or return (unused and unworn) within 14 business days to:
