Our mission at TheBodaciousBeauty.com is to make purchasing makeup, beauty services, boutique items, and gift certificates through our online store a very positive experience.  We want it to be easy, fun, and secure.  We welcome your comments and feedback as we are continually working to improve our ability to satisfy customers.  If you are having trouble making a purchase online we will gladly take your order over the phone.

If you prefer to call, please leave a message with the best time to call back. During the holiday season, our phones are very busy and you may experience a delay. Our business hours are from 10:00am - 4:00pm, MST. Please leave a message and we will do our best to get back to you within one business day.

Payment Options

TheBodaciousBeauty.com accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.  We use PCI Security Standards and are PCI Compliant.  Credit card payments are processed through industry standard secure server.  We do not accept checks or money orders online at this time.  Please do not send orders via postal mail.

Confirmation of your order will be emailed to you, as well as a shipping confirmation with tracking information when the item is shipped.

Gift Wrapping

We do offer a gift wrapping service for an additional $6.95. Please check the appropriate box at checkout.

Product Availability

We use a real time inventory system, which means that our inventory is automatically checked for availability when you add an item to your shopping cart.  It is rare that an item that you have ordered will be backordered or cancelled, however errors in inventory do occur from time to time.

In the rare event that a product you have ordered is not available for shipment as scheduled, we will notify you as quickly as possible via the email address in your order and let you know if it has been placed on backorder or cancelled. Anticipated delivery dates for backorders or custom order items are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change.

How Do We Collect Personal Identifying Information?

We either collect personal identifying information ourselves, through registration, signup or order forms, or we use a third-party to collect that information on our behalf, only as necessary to conduct a transaction. We utilize SpaBoom to provide much of the underlying technology necessary for our website, online gift certificate program, and/or other services. The mission of SpaBoom is to help make the Internet experience wonderful for its customers. The utmost respect, protection and regard for personally identifying information represent a key component of this mission. Therefore, SpaBoom is under contract with The Bodacious Beauty,LLC, and cannot use, resell or make available personally identifying information for any organization except The Bodacious Beauty, LLC or as otherwise explicitly agreed to by you.

We currently use Spa-Booker for back-end software in order for a customer to book and reserve online appointments, input contact information and to pay deposits.

For the rest of this Privacy Statement, the words "we," "our," or "The Bodacious Beauty, LLC" shall mean The Bodacious Beauty, LLC, SpaBoom, Spa-Booker or all of the above.

We collect traffic patterns and information from our web servers, but this information is not combined or used in conjunction with personal identifiable information.  We may use cookies or session variables, as necessary, to maintain your session with our servers on a transaction basis. However, we never use cookies or session variables to track your movement outside our web servers or to tie your movement to the personal identifying information we maintain.  We collect third-party personal identifying information when our customers provide us with the email address of a gift recipient (i.e. the lucky recipient of a gift certificate) but we never sell or distribute any third party information of any kind.

We may, only to support a particular transaction, release your personal identifying information to a third-party such as a credit card processor, delivery company, or other third-party as would be necessary only to complete the transaction with TheBodaciousBeauty.com.  If we do this, rest assured that we would only release the minimal information necessary to process the relevant transaction.

If you allow us (i.e. by "opt in" when you sign up or register with us), we may send you polite marketing messages, such as reminders of upcoming holidays or gift giving ideas or occasional promotions.

We may aggregate limited demographic information, purchasing behaviors or web traffic patterns. This information will not be tied or traceable to any personal identifying information.
